Zone: The historic centre

Welcome to Hong Kong! Today's excursion starts along the Tsim Sha Tsui waterfront, often known as just “T.S.T.” among locals - famed for its of skyscraper cityscape. From there we'll be walking along the Avenue of the Stars, the Avenue of Comic-Strip Stars... and we'll see a monument celebrating martial arts legend Bruce Lee. Many of the locations we'll pass on this walk are connected with period of British rule in Hong Kong. Hong Kong was a British Crown Colony until very recently, when it passed back into Chinese hands.
